The firm was founded by Juan Andrés Fierro Fernández, who is a lawyer from the Universidad Externado de Colombia and holds a Master’s degree in Law with an emphasis on civil and state liability from the same university. During his professional career he has advised individuals, national and international companies and has worked as a litigating attorney in commercial, civil, administrative and labor disputes.
Currently, the office has an interdisciplinary team of attorneys specialized in different areas of law and professionals in accounting and financial areas to provide robust and comprehensive advice on business structuring.
